Omg I can see why people just keep going back for this.
That explosion of textures and flavors - I was appalled at how the layers of flavors revealed itself with each mouthful; that crunch of the tobiko within the umami mentaiko sauce, the char on the tender beef slices, the slight heat from the dollop of wasabi and mentaiko sauce, and the yolk of the sous vide egg coagulating on your tongue. Is this the ultimate definition of symphony of flavors and textures?
