I think this is the best item on the menu with its slight matcha bitterness and the lava-ish core was a super pleasant surprise!
But if you're someone who loves richer flavors, this is probably not for you!
Them fresh, plummy scallops dipped with the umami HK soy, and the pickled black fungus. What an Asian twist π€€ if there's a starter that you've got to order, it has got to be this!
