This Glossy Milk Chocolate And Raspberry log cake ($68) consists of decadent layers of goodness where the external layer is jelly like, transiting to a smooth mousse texture underneath and finally a core of raspberry marmalade and CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER. Panpac has definitely redefined Decadence and sets the bar high for all other log cakes!
