roasted meats aren't my thing (I prefer grilled charred meats 😁) but these were tender and juicy. cumin was strong in the cauliflower puree. overall flavors quite heavy/rich, some lightness in texture from the cauliflower cumin chips.

Back for more Matcha Black Sesame cake with green tea crumble served in a bird cage! No birdie though.
