The assam curry is very nice. Generous amount of vegetables in the dish. Fish is also nice but slightly overcooked.

Chicken is nice and tender and tasty with the spices.

Very yummy and delicious, umami just like how it's described in the menu.

Ngoh heong @ $16++

Nice, and goes well with the sauce that comes with it.

Kueh pie tee @ $9++

Very nice, especially when the whole thing is popped into the mouth at one go and the radish at the bottom bursts out of the pie.

Chap chye @ $16++

Good vegetables, goes very well with rice. Not very strong, tastes just nice with the rest of the dishes.

Peanut ice cream roll @ $6.90++

It comes sliced in half, and again, can choose with or without coriander. I think it's quite nice with the coriander, adds a different dimension to the taste. Otherwise it might have been quite normal.

Mala popcorn chicken @ $9++

Tastes a bit like the taiwan 盐酥鸡 (normal salted fried popcorn chicken) but with a bit of 麻 (numbness) to it.

Balsamic vinegar fries @ $10++

Interesting dish. Quite sour. Should have come first as an appetiser. Order once is good enough (i think)

Niu yolk @ $19++

Never had a fried rice at this price, but it is so damn worth it. Best fried rice I've ever had in my whole life. Not sure if it's the egg that did the magic but the rice is so fragrant and so tasty. The beef short rib is also cooked to perfection and there's some truffle taste which goes really well with the dish.

Red hot chilli dumpling noodles @ $9.90++

The Chinese name for this dish is 红油超大手面 and the dumplings are really big and generously filled! The noodles is also very good and the chilli is even better! Love the amount of green onions they put on it too. The price point is also quite acceptable, worth it!

CCB (Crispy chicken bun) @ $7.90++

The chicken is so big! The taste is super well balanced with the mango slaw that gives it a sour edge which complements so well.
