Hands down the tastiest pasta sauce I've ever made thanks to the recipe from @singaporeliciouz . Love that it can be easily customised to include the meat/veggies that you want. Not sure if I'll ever order bolognese outside again!

This dish taught me that trout can taste and look almost exactly like salmon. I liked the trout which was cooked just right, such that it was tender and flakey. I was, however, not such a big fan of the yuzu sauce that had been drizzled over the zoodles as it was a little too tangy for my liking and made them soggy after a while.

I think the standard varies between different branches, but this was a good one. The fish sets are super worth it as they come with a soup, bread and a drink on the side. Love the crispy battered fish, tartar sauce and coleslaw. Fries were not warm but still crispy.

Got the Sea Salt Houjicha (top scoop) with Midnight Gianduja (bottom scoop). Truth be told, I'm not a big fan of their more popular flavours like Sea Salt Houjicha, Strawberry Basil or White Chrysanthemum. I gravitate towards simpler, more classic flavours.
The Midnight Gianduja was good! It's a blend of dark chocolate and hazelnut, and I felt that the flavour profiles of both components were highlighted very nicely. Worth the additional $1 for a premium flavour.

There are two options for fries on the menu: fries for $4.50 or cheese fries for $5.90. They kindly asked if I would like the cheese on the fries or served separately. Thought that was a nice gesture as it prevents the fries from getting soggy and allows those who don't like cheese to have some.
The cheese isn't heavy or thick at all. In fact, it tastes quite light so it doesn't get very "jelat," especially if you are sharing! I like that the fries were crisp and that they served ketchup and mustard on the side too.

The star of this burger is the fried portobello mushroom filled with melted cheese. I would highly recommend going for either the "Shroom Burger" (fried cheesy mushroom) or the "ShackStack" (fried cheesy mushroom + beef patty). I think the beef patty is quite ordinary, but the fried mushroom is genuinely delicious. Do yourself a favour and get the portobello mushroom. You'll thank me later.

A simple, no-frills rendition of this Japanese egg custard. It comes with mushroom, prawn and a slice of fishcake. Nothing fancy, but I quite like it.

I previously tried their milk soft serve and really enjoyed the light, milky texture. I got the chocolate this time as it is a seasonal flavour I've never seen before.
Much to my dismay, it was everything the milk one was not. It had a really weird spongey, foamy texture - imagine biting down on melted styrofoam. The chocolate taste was faint. The texture really threw me off, and the lack of flavour didn't help. I don't like to waste food, but I couldn't bring myself to finish it.

Visited their new outlet at Clarke Quay. Their retro decor is cute, with neon lights and diner booths. I got the Chicky Burger which came with a large piece of fried chicken, romaine lettuce, tomato and "chicken burger sauce". I was quite pleased because it was a large piece of fried chicken and served piping hot. Not a bad option when dining here, especially since it's one of the more affordable options on the menu. The only issue was that I was very thirsty afterwards - think there may be msg in the sauce.

Simple, no frills, thick-cut fries. Love that they provide tubs of free-flow chilli, ketchup and mustard for those dining in. Wish there were more fries but it satisfied my cravings!
