Have heard so much about their burgers, and was happy to find out that they deliver islandwide.

Think a really thick juicy beef patty sandwiched between soft pillowy buns and topped with crunchy pickles and cheddar.

Possibly the thickest patty I've ever seen in a burger. I loved the pickle slices, which lent a nice crunch and weren't too sour. Slightly on the salty side, but sinfully good.

Thanks to @chocolatetbasil 's post, I found out about their delivery run to the East and managed to get myself some treats!
Their burnt cheesecake is worth the hype. Not overly browned on the outside, the body of molten cheese is magnificently light and creamy, with well-executed notes of lemon for a refreshing kick of flavour.

A little pricey, but a worthy indulgence.

I think LiHo usually does their pearls quite well. The right amount of chewiness, yet not overly hard. However, this time, I felt there wasn't enough of the brown sugar syrup and I was left drinking plain fresh milk after a while.

Throwback to this matcha tiramisu I had. To be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of matcha but I thought this sounded interesting. It was more of a matcha cream cake, with alternating layers of sponge cake and green tea-flavoured cream. The matcha taste was very faint.
The part that left the strongest impression was the thick layer of cocoa powder on top. Everyone kept eyeing me suspiciously because I choked and coughed repeatedly. There was so much dry powder it felt like I was doing the cinnamon challenge. My favourite part was probably the matcha chocolate on top, which had a nice sweetness and creaminess.

My friend shared some with me the other day. This was my 2nd time trying their swiss rolls, but my experience was the same as the first. While the cake is soft and fluffy, I find their flavours too muted. Their kaya is neither coconutty nor creamy. It's like a green jam without much flavour. Somehow I just don't get the hype.

Had this sometime back, when the world was a very different place. The brownie was pretty good - chocolatey and fudgey. It comes with an ice cream scoop of your choice. We got the 64% chocolate ice cream, which I thought had a funky aftertaste that I didn't really like. I much preferred the 80% chocolate that came with the s'mores.

Got the burrito bowl with pulled beef. Looks simple, but it's quite delicious. The beef is really tender and tasty. I don't usually like tomatoes and beans, but the flavours of the salsa, cheese, beef, black beans and rice all go really well together.

Finally tried this after its second appearance in stores. Was reluctant because I'm often disappointed by these flavoured pie gimmicks. Alas, I have been proven wrong.

I like it! The crust has the same characteristic flaky crispiness as their Apple Pie. The flavour of the chocolate sauce is reminiscent of a molten chocolate lava cake. Think lava cake with a crispy pie crust. It's a yes from me.

Still trying to figure out my favourite combination. I really like their wintermelon shaved ice as a base, and usually choose an assortment of their chewy toppings like golden sweet potato and sweet potato balls. Their pearls are also really chewy and nice! The only topping I didn't really like was the aiyu jelly as it had a sweet floral taste to it.

I like the concept of DIY pizzas, where you get to choose your toppings and cheese. I got turkey ham, mushroom and mozzarella cheese. Tasted pretty good. Would be better if we could choose more toppings though!
