The omakase setting was made comfortable with Chef David's great service. The sushi was deliciously fresh with an interesting mix of vinegars used in the sushi rice. Would definitely recommend for any sushi lovers!
Had the Bismark Blanc and was pleasantly surprised at how good the dough was! The deep fried burrata was also a stunner with the vinegar caviar and tomato sauce. Chicken wings were interesting with hints of peanut butter and chili.
Fantastic seafood! Highlights of the meal were the Seaweed Skate and the Monkfish and Cashew Curry which were really full of flavour. Getting to watch the chefs cook from the counter seats was also an interesting experience.

Highlights include the Tuna Tartare Tartelette, perfectly aged Hungarian Duck Breast, and a decadent Smoked Chocolate Brownie. Every course showcases their mastery of woodfire cooking, dry aging, and fermentation. Highly recommend!
Would highly recommend the Meadesmoore Cut! Meats were of perfect doneness and served with a decadent red wine reduction and a delicious salsa verde. Ambiance and service were top notch as well, great for date nights.
