Pork Chop - $7
Onion Rings - $3.50
·
This shop is one of the famous ones at old airport road food centre, selling chicken chop / pork chop with the yummy garlic sauce. Trying the outlet at Food Hub is just as good! After our photo taking, the pork chop have cool down but the meat was still tender and yummy when bite into. Garlic gravy is the signature taste that goes so well with meat. Loving it!

HK Braised Beef Brisket Noodle - $5.50
HK Wanton Noodle - $5
·
Long Q can be spotted at this wanton noodle shop during meal time. I don’t like noodles in general so I can’t comment on it. But the wanton was awesome, it has firm filling wrapped in thin smooth wanton skin, every bite give you a mixture of texture. The braise beef was savoury and tender as well. Both dish are worth trying! I would love more sauce though

Cute mango mousse cake that’s paired with yuzu cream for the citrusy hit. Completed the circle by ordering yuzu mint tea as well. My kind of weekend

Chicken Tempura Set - $16
·
Another brand from the expanding En Group. Nice to see that they have chicken set, which saves my trouble of asking for seafood replacements. Set comes with 2x chicken fillet, broccolini, maitake, pumpkin & french bean. Rice is always better with egg, so I added egg tempura ($1.50) which enhanced the overall taste and texture

Sour Power Juice - $7.80
·
Concoctions of soursop, starfruit, cucumber & green apple juice. That explains the green appearance, but surprisingly refreshing, not as sour as I thought. Love the juice, great coffee or tea alternative at TBB

Matchaya Yuzu Cake - $10
·
I spotted the bits of 24k gold leaf before anything else. Coincidentally it has my favourite yuzu as well. Must order! Light matcha and white chocolate mousse layered with matcha sponge on a hazelnut meringue base. Topped off with Koichi yuzu jelly for the citrusy. Loving it. Matchaya is also a great place to hang out with friends, just sit back and enjoy a cup of matcha and dessert. Recharge completed

Mermaid Tears - $8.90
Lemon Meringue Tart - $11.90
·
Step into Le Jardin and you will teleported into a fairyland that’s filled with flora. Look around, you will notice everyone ordered a blue drink, which is the Mermaid Tears beverage. It’s actually butterfly pea tea with freshly squeezed lemon juice with sugar syrup. I love my citrus, so the Lemon Meringue Tart definitely hits my palate. Reserve a table to avoid the hours of wait

Brunch Menu - Gourmet - $48
·
TWG brunch menu runs from 10am to 3pm. For the main, you can pick between eggs benedict or sandwiches. Gourmet set offers a wide range of tea + a small glass of juice. Dessert wise, definitely choose their Pâtisserie! I love trying new tea every time I visit TWG, it’s like treasure haunting. Pleasant experience as always

Fairfax sandwich - $12
·
Fairfax sandwich seems meatless, but replaced with a ton of cage-free soft scrambled eggs. Added chives, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese & sriracha mayo in between warm brioche bun. After finishing it, I also felt like Eggslut myself. I paired the sandwich with their Truffle hashbrowns ($4.50) which has a nice level of truffle taste for my liking
