Monster Ice Cream - $12.90

Those eyes starring at you is the reason why there’s a long Q outside shop everyday. Ordered the Uji Matcha flavour shave ice, and picked the following two toppings: salted cherry jelly & matcha jelly. The funky look of the dessert and the ability to customise from the list of different toppings made my day. Do try it out yourself when the Q is more manageable

Ronin’s Frenchie - $19
·
Gather is popular for its galette but this time I picked something from the Breakfast Menu. Ronin’s Frenchie is Gather’s version of french toasts. Thick brioche slices with stewed apples slices in the middle. Topped with bacons and hazelnut butter. Bacon could be crisper but the flavours and big portion are worth the purchase already

Raspberry Pistachio Cake - $9.50
·
Pistachio sponge intertwined with raspberry jam & raspberry buttercream, with crazy looking meringues at the top. The cake is sweet sour, quite pleasant and refreshing. Texture could be better if cake a more moist. Wanna try their array of cakes next round

Artichoke Risotto - $24
Penne Lobster - $30
Coastes Chicken Wings - 6p - $10
Bacon & Cheese Angus Beef Burger - $26
·
Popular place to chill out with friends and family at Siloso Beach Sentosa with some yummy food! Their Coastes Chicken Wings are on the sweeter, marinated in Coastes secret sauce and they are oven-baked. Great finger food! Their Bacon & Cheese Angus Beef Burger comes with thick, juicy Angus beef patty topped with cheddar cheese. Patty on the sweeter side but I really enjoyed. Pair your food with a young coconut or a Singapore Sling and your meal is complete

Springtime has began in Japan but we are stuck here in SG. Luckily 7-Eleven has newly launched over 15 new items that uses seasonal ingredients directly sourced from Japan, and exclusive crossover desserts with PABLO! My favourite pick from the launch is definitely their Oden! Bowl full of classic Oden ingredients, simmered in light soy-flavoured dashi broth, so flavourful! Instantly transported to Japan. Thanks @nic for the invite and @7elevensg for hosting

Set Lunch Course
Salmon Don - $25
·
Fresh salmon slices layered over sushi rice, topped with roe and cube of tamago by the side. Salmon is so fresh that you can literally taste the sweetness! Chef also sprinkled citrus peel dust at the end, which gives a mild bitter and refreshing flavour. Lunch Set is served with lobster salad, mushroom soup & a plate of mochi desserts. Great meal, great price

Unagi Meshi - $24

Big slab of grilled unagi placed on top of spice mixed rice, which is rather flavourful! The side comes with ramen egg & surprisingly those childhood crackers! I do enjoy the crunch element in this dish. Available with Burpple Beyond

FROMAGE - $13.5
·
Kki Sweets is known for their creative cakes, which are really popular despite the pricing. For cheese lover, FROMAGE is a great pick. Crafted with numerous different cheese + rum fruits in the middle + kinako streusel at the top. Blue cheese is also incorporated but toned down to a very pleasant level. There different flavours and textures at different section. Will be back to try other varieties of cakes

Pork Loin Hobayaki Zen - $25.90
·
YAYOI is known for their tasty teishoku, even Japanese frequently dine in there! They recently launched new menu and the Hobayaki Zen is one of top picks. Magnolia leaf grilled with wasabi miso sauce and meat of your choice (Chicken Steak, Scallops, Salmon, Seafood or Pork Loin). It comes with rice set that includes tempura and sashimi. I changed to multigrain rice and added onsen egg by the side (additional cost). The wasabi miso is really shiok, goes very well with meat and seafood, flavourful with a kick!

·
From Russia With Love - $20
TiNDLE Kiev burger, breadcrumbed and stuffed with a roasted garlic, miso, parsley butter, with pickled onions & truffle aioli
·
First time trying plant-based chicken and it’s eyes opener. TiNDLE has tasty chicken flavour with thigh meat texture, just as tender and juicy, awesome as burger patty. Those burgers are creative creations and changed my opinion about meat-free burgers. Try it to believe it!

Avocado Burger
·
Pink Fish’s Curry Burger has always been one of my favourite and their latest Avocado Burger won my heart as well! Burger comes with classic grilled salmon, but now topped with smooth avocado purée with zesty kick. It’s a really refreshing approach and definitely worth a try! Their cod fish nuggets are must order
