TOFU - $8.50
·
This block of “tofu” cake is exclusively at their Joo Chiat outlet. Silken tofu hazelnut praline with vanilla sponge and vanilla mousse. Not your typical 死甜 cakes. I love the spacious cafe and the friendly atmosphere

Red Curry - $18.50
·
This bowl of red curry is really flavourful and smooth! I picked less spicy, which is prefect for my tastebuds. Curry comes with grilled chicken cubes, added lychee and tomato to sweeten the base. Prefect with rice. Do try their UKD Crispy Pork Belly ($17), which has super duper crispy skin. Most food in this michelin restaurant are good for sharing

Roasted Poulet - $28
·
Yummy roasted chicken thigh meat, tender and flavourful. The chicken skin is roasted till slight crisp. The side comes sweet potatoes and snow peas, paired with carrot ginger puree, which gives earthy flavours. I didn’t appreciate the périgueux sauce though. Diners at Sol & Luna can visit the Sky Garden at night, which is a privilege for diners only

Love the zesty lemon curd, carried by buttery tart. Also, it is topped with torched meringue. Nice pick after a savoury meal

denise - $11
·
Cutie little cake, that’s sweet and sour, rather refreshing. The yakult exterior balances out the internal grapefruit filling. Love it. I paired with black tea, Summer Mango Tea ($7), to wash it all down

Triple Fromage Tart - $12.90

Lovely formage tart, that’s soft and flavourful on the inside. It’s combination of Camembert, Parmesan and Cream Cheese. Almond nibs added for texture. Cheese lover top pick in store

Samsui Ginger Chicken (S) - $20.90
·
First time trying this plate of tender chicken. 嫩嫩的白斩鸡, drizzled with light soy sauce, paired with rice for classic combo. I didn’t enjoy ginger, of any kind, personal preference

Wagyu Beef Yakiniku Pizza
·
This Supply & Demand is tucked away from the malls, with a more exclusive feeling for dining with family and friends. I love their wagyu beef yakiniku pizza, which is very flavourful! The yakiniku sauce didn’t snatch away the taste of beef, instead they complimented each other

Peanut Ice Cream Roll - $6.90
·
This dessert reminds me of the peanut ice cream roll I had at 九份. Sweet vanilla ice cream wrapped in popiah skin, with generous layer of peanut in between. The peanut is sweet and fragrant, giving the distinct flavour to this dessert. Go give it a try

Unadon Double - $14.50
·
Finally get to try this popular unagi rice bowl, when the queue wasn’t too long. The rice bowl comes with thick cut unagi, good texture. Feel free to add more sauce for extra flavour. Also ordered the Umaki ($5.50) for sharing. Good meal with reasonable pricing, worth the short queue

Nian Gao Waffle
With Two Scoops - $15.80
·
Back to Ri Ri Cha to try out their waffle. The nian gao waffle is a great pick as their ice cream are milder in taste. Both the Pi Pa Gao Mint and Honey Chamomile & Butterfly Pea Flowers flavours are decent by itself, even better with waffle
