Dark Cocoa Bread & Butter Pudding - $12
·
Thick cut of chocolate bread & butter pudding. Densely packed and flavourful thanks to the generous serving of dark chocolate weaved in between the bread. It’s drenched in rum flavoured milk, which helps moistens the bread as well. It’s great for sharing. I paired it with Really Fresh Chocolate Milk ($6), which is freshly made with awfully chocolate cocoa & Hokkaido milk, which explains the smoothness. Lovely desserts after a savoury meal

Had their Signature Sichuan Green Pepper Grilled Fish, together with assorted veggies as sides. The gravy is mildly spicy and flavourful, at eve sweet spot for my tastebuds. Best paired with rice. Love their Mouth-Watering Chicken ($12.80), which is so shiok

Weekend 3-Course Set Lunch - $68
·
The set lunch comes with array of starters and mains for you to pick from. For starter, I picked the Wagyu Beef Tataki. Marinated with yuzu ponzu, which is a refreshing start. Main course I picked Miso Marinated Black Cod. Thick chunks of lovely cod fish, savoury thanks to the miso marination, pairs perfectly with rice, Japanese style. Dessert wise I picked Lemon Yuzu, which comes lemon mousse, yuzu jam and cocoa crumble. Always love something zesty to end the meal. Lovely meal at a chic environment with great service, no wonder the long reservation list

Azuki Brioche - $5
Warabi Mochi - $8
·
The small modern looking shopfront is located at the corner of the compound with outdoor seatings. The petite size azuki brioche has nice portion of red bean paste in it, with thick slice of butter sandwiched in between. Lovely pick. Their warabi mochi was soft, not those QQ type, I don’t enjoy it. I do like their refreshing Shaken Lychee Tea ($8), great beverage during sunny afternoon

Momo Sencha Entremet - $9
·
Cute little vanilla sponge cake with peach puree within. Combination of light pink peach mousse and pink chocolate coat gives it a very fairytale like appearance. By the way that’s dried tea leaves at the top, not seaweed, silly me

Manage to try this vegan matcha mooncake on the actual day of Mid-Autumn Festival! Mooncake has a flaky crust encases a rich matcha mung bean paste with a ball of soft sticky mochi in the middle. This limited edition mooncake is not too sweet, goes well with a cup of tea. I gotten the Spring’s Field Oolong Tea ($6.90), which origins from Kyushu Japan
