Gold Brew & Unicorn Tears ($10 ea)
According to the bubbly service staff, Gold Brew is Cold Brew with some ✨"magic"✨ added to take you instantly to magic wonderland🌈! 😂 Indeed we were mesmerized by the 🙌🏼 sparkly swirls 🙌🏼in both bottles reminiscent of what an Evil Witch 👹 would offer to an unsuspecting princess 👸🏼!! (Coffee is actually made with Ethiopian Yirgacheff and slightly sweetened)
Unicorn 🦄 Tears 💧is yet another potently magical ingredient cruelly (kidding!) extracted from their in-house pure bred Mongolian Unicorn made fresh with every order (nb: the unicorn looked visibly distressed and dehydrated with severely puffy 👀 😂) (actually, it tastes just like lemonade made sparkly!)
Other items in picture were the Earl Grey Yuan Yang with Lavender ($8), Salted Egg Earl Grey Cake ($9) and Hazelnut Flat White ($6).
Embellished with pretty tea flowers, this customised cake is literally all my favourite things put together.
Well… you just can’t go wrong with fluffy chocolate sponge and a layer of sliced bananas in between. Finished off with a light coconut frosting and chocolate drips around the edges, the cake just makes me wish it was my birthday every day! Loving that it is not overly sweet and you also get a subtle taste of honey in the frosting. 😍
Dapper Coffee sure knows how to make things pruuu-reetehhh! ✨
This black sesame chiffon layered with salted yolk custard and a salted yolk crumble was light and had nice tones of salty and sweet. I was hoping for a slightly stronger hit of it though but fans of the ubiquitous salted egg will still enjoy this.
Annnnd, HAPPY BIRTHDAY @_hwns! Gude Tama Tama🎶
Apart from their sparkly drinks, Unicorn Tears and Gold Brew ($10 each), Dapper Coffee also serves uniquely flavoured cakes baked by Project Atrios that may raise eyebrows, but in a good way. Head straight for the cake counter, where you'd find their best-selling Salted Egg Black Sesame Cake (from $40 for a three-inch cake) with its distinct canary yellow salted egg sauce drizzled over the cake. It looks too rich to consume, but the black sesame flavour is light, and balances out the more intense salted egg sauce beautifully. If you want your birthday girl to feel extra extra special, contact Liz Yap, the baker, for a customised cake. Be sure to throw in all her favourite flavours together in the cake — like how our Burpple Tastemaker Vanessa Kou did for her truly unforgettable Chocolate Honey Banana Coconut Cake!

Slightly more icey and not so smooth as normal smoothie bowls imo but I am really obsessed with their amazing granola and coconutty Chia pudding!
Truly over-the-top and Nutella overload with this Pretzella freakshake - Nutella-dunked salty pretzels, Nutella shake, vanilla mousse, and basically just Nutella all over. For $16 this does not come cheap. But for someone who's daunted by giant ott milkshakes, this was actually manageable as it wasn't cloyingly sweet! Surprisingly the sweetness was downplayed and the addition of salty savoury pretzels was a good touch. Definitely a sharing-portion.
When we all thought we were gonna faint from an overload of sugar, this Pretzella proved us wrong despite its list of ingredients - Nutella shake, vanilla mousse, salty pretzels, pretzel dust and lots and lots of Nutella. It was surprisingly well balanced, not too annoyingly sweet yet still sufficient to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings. It's still too pricey a dessert for me but a good sharing choice!
The salty-sweet Pretzella that came lined with crunchy salted pretzels that helped cut through the gooey sweet decadence of the Nutella milkshake.

Canberra's famed (and aptly named) Freakshakes have finally reached our shores. Set in Raffles Holland V, the new building across the road from Holland Village, Patissez will win sugarholics over with their over the top milkshakes. Choose from four creations, all stunning, sweet and absolutely delish — just be sure to save it for cheat days! For the uninitiated, go easy on your sweet tooth with the Pretzella ($16) — Nutella shake, vanilla mousse, pretzels and lots and lots of Nutella. The salty crunch of the pretzels add a much welcomed savoury dimension to this drink (or should we say dessert?). Apart from sweets, this joint also serves up some tasty mains like their Freak Burger ($25), so make a long brunch out of this visit. Just be sure to share the shakes.
Avg price: $20 per person

If you're in need of some serious sugar high to get you through Monday, these outta hit the spot. Apparently the first to introduce "Freakshakes" to the world, Patissez has brought 4 of these insane (OTT as we know them) milkshake creations to our shores. You're looking at the Mint Condition, Muddy Pat, Sneaky Freak, and Pretzella. Absolutely adorbs names aside, these aren't actually too bad! Not as insanely sweet as they look without sacrificing on taste. Being a huge PB fan, Sneaky Freak's definitely got my vote (insanely rich PB!). Nutella and mint fans would like their renditions too, cause the flavours really really shine through.
I love 4Fingers! Chicken very fresh and crispy.😋😋😋 I like it✌🏻️
