tonkotsu king allows customers to customise their ramen according to their preference of the type of broth, texture of noodles, amount of oil and toppings. furthermore, there is also free flow of marinated beansprouts and hard boiled eggs. as a person who hardly touch beansprouts, i couldn't stop myself from continuously aiming my chopsticks at them. you can imagine how nice their marinated beansprouts are

if you are tired of those typical waffles served on plates, hvala waffle bar offers a whole new concept to their unconventional waffles. waffles are cut into bite size. wanted to try their creme brûlée waffle but was out of stock. their tiramisu waffle ($3.80) was creamy and chocolatey, will definitely come back for other flavours next time

ever tried salted egg yolk with chocolate? here in five and dime, they have the best molten chocolate lava cake infused with salted egg yolk. i guess this is their signature dish as i see most tables with this cake 😋
