Hard to describe, it's a simple roasted chicken but it's made in a way that preserves the juiciness of the meat even when left out on a buffer spread.

The lamb itself is flavour packed, the spinach and herbs that surround it give it a balanced flavour that is not too intrusive on the taste buds, but instead very pleasant

Albeit a little on the salty side, this dish goes very well with the other banquet items
