A nice hot bowl of hearty ramen ๐
The rich pork broth with a hint of sweetness from the corn makes this dish one of my favourite.
What really stands out is the egg ramen noodles flown from Hokkaido and left to cure in controlled temperature at the restaurant. Itโs springy and chewy texture, soaks up the soup really well.
This dish packs a punch upon first bite. An oozing whirlwind of sweet, savoury and smoky flavors is how would describe this dish.

Decent plate of pork basil rice, reasonably priced.
Been awhile since Iโve last had beef tongue. This one was so soft and tender as it melted in my mouth. Served with wedges on the side. Great portion and value for money.
This dish was really tasty and full of flavour. As you chew each spoon of rice you find little chucks of unagi with a garlic flavour in the rice grains and sweetness from the corn. This dish was not overly salty served with miso soup and ice cream dessert ๐
Well-balanced dish without overpowering mentaiko flavour.
The citrus from the lime and dried shrimp flavour was unique and it elevated the ramen a whole lot. Interesting and great fusion offerings here!
Donโt be taken aback by the fancy decor as this place offer very reasonably priced food!
I love how they used smoked bacon when preparing this dish. Mix every up together and scoop this on that to-die-for sourdough to start your day right. Pair this with a cup of latte with beans from jimmy monkey roasters ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
