Simple but delicious duck breast served with seasonal green salad. The duck were really tender and juicy, totally not dry at all. Iām really surprised.
My next favourite dim sum restaurant after Wah Lok at Carlton Hotel. Everything were so yummious, and itās definitely a spot I would return again.

Typically I aināt so much of a local person and Iāve not patronize this place for the longest time but I must say that they does keep to their standard. Their noodle is al dante to local style not the usual āramenā kind of slurps, itās more dedicate as compare and you might have sauce splash all over if you're not gentle. The small size is good enough unless youāre really hungry, you might probably wanna go for either $8 or $10.
Overall experience was just alright for me, perhaps I donāt like the feeling of āafter-MSGEDā, the entire mouth dries up and the feeling wasnāt quite nice. If you crave for a good local beef noodle in the east, I would recommend to choose the beef noodle with soup rather than the dry one. It's too much starch for my liking, and generally not that "healthy" too.

Fried Cauliflower served with rocket, almond and muhammara. This one was simple but all kinds of yums! The tangy yogurt sauce went really well with the greens and roasted Cauliflower, you need to get a little health in.
Hummus Msabbaha
Burnt miso hummus immersed with tahini. Dipping it with warm Turkish Bread ($4.50++) made each bite so irresistible.
Lamb Shoulder were roasted then slow cooked twice cooked with milk sauce was literally stripped off the bone and piled up for easy devouring. You could taste the deliciousness garlicky whip by slurping the milky, meaty sauce for an intense mouthful of flavours. The lamb pulled apart so easily with a fork and seriously, I barely even needed to chew the meat.
Each bite was so moist and with umami, I was blown away by how tender and flavorful it was. Itās a recommended dish!

Iāve been craving for croissant ever since I left Tartine in San Francisco. I just canāt get enough of Croissant, I could have them everyday. Itās my first time at Tiong Bahru Bakery, and I must admit that their croissant is pretty damn decent. It was just a little dense and maybe not as flaky as what I would love from tartine but satisfied me just a little. š

I have gotten the famous Satan Latte ($5) and be sure to video down the barista who is trained by 2017 World Latte Art Champion Arnon Thitiprasert. The taste of the latte is definitely on the milky side cos of the 3/4 amount of milk used. After all, the most prominent aspect about the latte Ristr8to speciality was the esteemed art, and thatās all that mattered.

Ma Shrooms: Double Portobello, Cheese, Halloumi, Green Goodness, Hobo Greens with Cheddar Bagel. Vegetarian option since we had the protein from the chicken, and to my surprise it was not that bad just that the āfattyā ratio were a little too much. But I love how well-grilled the halloumi cheese was, generous amount of the Portobello was damn substantial. š§
Bird: House Smoked Chicken Leg, Moroccan Spice, Tomatoes, Smoked Aioli with Hobo Greens with Seeded Bagel. I was pretty blown away by the flavour from the bagel and the chicken was well marinated, tender and juicy. Each bite was irresistible. š
Mussels, Clams, Prawns, chicken pieces and rice cooked in saffron stock
The richness from the seafood was well absorbed by the rice, it was simply an enjoyable and delicious plate of panella.
Grilled Secreto āIberico Porkā
This was the best tapas of the night! Superbly tender and juicy grilled iberico pork which could be enjoy by itself. LOVE IT!
