Haha just kidding lah. This is the sweet Tiong Bahru 'Chwee Kuey', a dessert from @staycoosg. It's a panna cotta in disguise, served with candied walnut and balsamic strawberries which were supposedly the 'chye poh' and 'chilli' that goes with 'chwee kuey'. There were mixed reactions from the table for this dessert, but for me, it was a positive one.

One of the star highlights of Montana's revamped menu is definitely their new desserts range - Freak Cakes (5 different flavours to choose from)!

Although it 100% looks like it would be spoonfuls of sugar down our tummies, we were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't cloyingly sweet but more bittersweet. This freak cake here has a light matcha sponge paired with black sesame frosting, covered in smooth matcha buttercream and ended off with a pour of thick fragrant black sesame glaze. We really enjoyed the pairing of the flavours which reminded me a lot of their Black Velvet Waffle with Green Tea Ice Cream, also one of their hot favorite dessert. Though pricey, the portion's good to share with a few, thus it works out quite well. I'll surely be back to try the Caramel Cookie Butter! Other flavours are Red Velvet, Smoky Nutella and Coffee Kaya Coconut.

This is the best Korean Bbq I had. Though it can be quite pricey for a plate of marinated bulgogi pork belly ($19++) but the taste made it worth while as service crew would periodically roam around the place to cook meat.

This honey mustard alike taste onion sauce which I haven't seen it in other Korean Bbq shops (visited at least 6 other bbq shops) is a great sauce for pairing with any meat.

Though the ice cream palour "cremier" serves better waffles than gelare. Its ice cream still has its very own style and version of cookies and cream scoring.

While playing pokemon go, savour in this sweet mango and cheesecake medley which is less sweet and light as dessert.
