My one and only favourite here. Unbelievably fluffy sponge paired with a pandan coconut custard that's not too sweet – this never disappoints (maybe when it's sold out).

This white chocolate mousse is filled with raspberry filling to balance out its sweetness. Surprisingly this tasted quite good. .

The combination of the soft ice cream with the crispy puff was perfect. The matcha ice cream was just right, not too bitter or sweet. 😍
