Happy Oktoberfest Folks!
German Pork knuckles as part of the
Oktoberfest platter mit schweinerhaxen.
Was pretty crispy amd the six of us soon made short work of it.
Enjoyed this as it was a new dining experience (aka I got to play with the food): Cold, pre-cooked noodles that you van callously dunk into the warm and hearty tonkotsu broth before munching on it.
And yes, you can free upsize the noodles to 2x... or for people like me who are overly modest about our own eating ability, the kind staff there will add on more noodles when you ask π)
Still pretty decent, but no longer "impossibly golden brown" (it once was)
Super crispy on the outside, white and steamy on the inside! Fish and Chips with coleslaw.
