It was a much bigger bowl than the one I had today. Then, being a noob, I had to watch to learn what other folks actually did with the mint leaves, cut chilli and bean sprouts that came with the bowl of rice noodles.
Lovely homecooked taste which is pretty comparable what you get at a good pork porridge stall in Marine Parade, Chai Chee or Clementi

Texture wise, was near perfect: thin near transparent skin with crunchy tho overly peppery jicama fillings.
