There was no visible queue, which was a plus for me to try this stall (apart from XLB that I have been thinking about since recently reading a blogpost about XLB 😉). I realised only after paying that this lack of a Q was because they cleverly got everyone in line to "sit down & wait" *after* paying 😁

It's the SEA equivalent of truffle. Dark and nutty, rich in flavour and kinda exotic looking (like nothing else we know)

Found a stall at Punggol Plaza serving #LohArk braised duck, and #kwaychap pork and innards stew. They do a good job proving that soy sauce can stew just about anything porcine from 'nose to tail'.
