Masterfully-cooked Meat This place is a vegan's absolute nightmare. The spread here is small but includes 3 main roasted meat selections: chicken, pork, and steak. The cooks personally slice a cut off a big slab of meat when you present your plate to them. The side selections also includes grilled trout, creamy mushroom soup, and roasted garlic and onions. Marvelous and a must go.

Never Regretted Ordering The Trout Great ambience and food whether is it for family dinners or dates! Meats such as steaks, chicken and fish are cooked to perfection! Highly recommended to any meet lovers out there!

Yorkshire Pudding It is definitely starting to feel a lot like Christmas with these airy, light and crisp Yorkshire puddings. So light and airy you don’t feel like you are eating anything until you start drinking.

Tapas in Singapore First time trying Tapas in Singapore and ordered the Spanish Omelette, Croquette & Huevos El Rotos. Taste wise is kind of different from what I previously had in Spain but it is alright. Total spend of $65.95 for these 3 items.

No. 4 Galette ($19++) Served with ham, egg, sauteed mushrooms and cheese. There was no sauce so it was abit dry. I was expecting a crispy crepe but the crepe was doughy. It was slightly bitter. The portion is quite filling.

Galettes we went with no.4 Chiffonade of ham, organic egg sunny side up, over sautéed mushrooms, Comté cheese and no.7 French pork sausage, onion confit marinated in 23 cider, old style mustard cream, comte cheese. i enjoyed the pork sausage galette more as i’m not a huge fan of mushrooms.

Lovely cafe with good food First time we tried the famed Galettes and while we didn't love it, it was definitely top notch in terms of taste and quality. Had the No. 3 (Sauteed mushrooms with Comte cheese and a sunny side up, $18) and the No. 8 (Pork pancetta carbonara style with spinach, onions, and sunny side up, $19). Preferred No. 8 as the carbonara sauce gave more flavour to the Galette. As you get to the sides of the Galette though, you just have more of the plain buckwheat flour taste, so do leave some of the fillings for the sides!

Hearty And Delicious Seafood Soup! The seafood soup was hearty and delicious with a good variety of fish, shrimp, and mussels. You could taste the effort put in it! It was a satisfying meal paired well with crispy baked garlic bread. The service staff were very attentive. For the pricing, it’s very reasonable and I would definitely be back here (:

Sambal Seafood Pizza!!!! The sambal seafood pasta was something different from the usual hawaiian pizza that we always order, really like the subtle sambal taste and it wasnt that spicy as well so great for everyone! Their crust was also on the thin side so it has a nice crunch to it. Food also came fast as weekday night wasnt very crowded.

Crabmeat Aglio Olio Pasta was al dente, and generous amount of shredded crab meat. Nothing to shout about though, wish that the sauce could be less watered down. Nevertheless, still a good deal with Burpple Beyond’s 1-for-1 mains here!

Colleague ordered angus beef ribeye and kombu truffle butter as the choice of sauce. Dark Matter Iced White ($5.50) Not usually a fan of white coffee but the milk complemented the dark matter well, leaving behind a smooth aftertaste. Will definitely be back to try the iced black! 4/5

Dark Matter by Alchemist 🧙🏼‍♂️ Alchemist’s house blend- Dark Matter- has stolen my heart with its nutty and chocolatey notes. I’m not a huge fan of mocha, but the subtle hint of cocoa added an interesting layer in its taste profile, as well as giving the coffee a fuller body ☕️

Matcha Cheese Tart Matcha Cheese Tart ($8.50) really strong bitter taste but slightly creamy and milky for cheese base. But their tart base was quite crunchy and easier to cut it off.

Pain Au Chocolat Since I love chocolate, why not grab of this as well. Expecting a soft texture with chocolate filling inside.

Croissant Croissant is usually always on my bucket list to any pastries shop. Their’s of course remain what you could expected, soft and crunchy skin.

Steak And Eggs $36 grass-finished skirt steak, scrambled eggs, side salad The food taste pretty good but was very uncomfortable sitting at the bar counter.

Brussels Sprouts And for our veggies, we got their Brussels Sprouts ($16). Utterly sinful tasting yet with a nett carbs amounting to 6g, the plate was loaded with sweet sprouts, sausage crumbs, diced burnt peppers, mint, and a pool of chorizo sabayon. The key element here is the vibrant sauce which was tantalizingly savoury and delivering an almost cheesy flavour that I really enjoyed. The meaty flavour of the crumbs also adding some heartiness to the greens.

Chicharrónes Joining the slew of restaurants offering up keto-friendly dishes here in Singapore, Persea’s low-carb menu features mostly Mediterranean flavours that I found to be pretty unique and crowd-pleasing. To start, we had the Chicharrónes ($6) which were seasoned with chilli lime salt. Light and airy, the puffed pork skins were not oily at all and a fun snack with the delicate savouriness of the salt.

Baked Mac & Cheese and Bacon and Onion Pizza Baked Mac & Cheese 7/10 Baked with generous cheese and mushrooms. Served together with one garlic bread at the side. Strong truffle oil aroma hits you immediately upon putting into your mouth. Not for you if you don’t like truffle oil. It’s a decent baked mac and cheese. Bacon and Onion Pizza 7.5/10 Cream based pizza topped with bacon, onions and cheese. Toppings are ordinary. The dough is soaks where is toppings are places however the corners are crispy. I really like the dough at the corner. Overall, it’s a quiet and nice place to chill. We were the only customers there. The service is great, people are friendly when taking orders and clearing plates.

Spaghetti Carbonara ($15.90) My kind of food. Enjoyed every mouthful of this. Generous amount of sauce, with enough leftovers to eat with the garlic toast after finishing the spaghetti. 100% will order again! Used Burpple 1 for 1 for this meal. Very very worth it as prices are Nett.
