Flavours worked well for us with the classic taste of spicy chicken taking centrestage complemented by the crunch from crushed peanuts and lettuce. Any two of these from the menu comes at $9.80++. Not something that would feed a hungry man but would be good appetisers.

While the quality of the Wagyu beef remained, it was slightly too dry - could be fixed with a more generous drizzle of that savoury sauce!

What really differentiates this ramen place from others is that viscous tonkotsu (pork) broth and the tender char siu. The bones and broth are changed frequently in order to ensure maximised flavours and taste. Be sure to order the must-try sides while you are there - golden crispy chicken karaage and gyoza!

Nothing goes wrong here - just plain delicious. Also, the restaurant focuses on sustainable food sources - especially apt when it is located at CapitaGreen, a Green Mark Award building in the heart of CBD!

Loved every bit of the ingredients on my plate and time for cleansing before the binge starts for CNY goodies!
