The difference between a pros work versus a first timer is pretty apparent 😅
No fancy branding, just a small simple shop in Sapporo's ramen alley. Huge piece of chashu and a hearty broth made extra tasty with a slab of butter.
Definitely try the number 1 best seller, a crossaint filled with molten matcha royce chocolate!!
Not only is a 9 course dinner included, there's free sake in the lobby and lots of other small details they provide for guests that's sure to put a smile on your face. There's a breakfast buffet with salmon belly and ikura too!
3 extra large scallops for ¥700. Tokyo has been pretty quiet over the new year period, most shops are closed. Hopefully things pick back up today!
This 11 piece set includes uni, ikura, chutoro and also comes with chawanmushi and crab paste salad for ¥2000 ($23). Just pick up a queue number and do your shopping around Ginza while you wait!
First time trying the beef and unagi combo and it was super good too! Great value at about $13 for a set
1 pork cutlet, 1 chicken cutlet, 4 pieces of chicken karaage, 2 ebi, 1 potato croquette and 1 egg for just $19.80. Couldn't finish all the rice but glad that we at least ate all the meat! Brb dying.
