Smoked roasted tomato jam, curry aioli: It was a nice dish, tasted the curry flavour and the outside was crisp! But... this dish cost $14 which makes each croquette $4.67... overall opinion, not very worthwhile dish

Omg so loved this dish!! They really do their rice dishes so well. Rice was cooked in prawn broth, served with garlic aioli, shaved bonito, 2 medium sized fat prawns, 2 scallops. The rice tasted like risotto rice, with a certain charred taste that was not at all overpowering and instead enhanced the taste of the dish. The scallops and prawns were probably cooked over a grill and was nicely done! Strongly recommend this!!! :)

Sautéed red wine oyster mushroom, tomato rouille, fried sliced ginger

Yummy dish! Loved how the snapper skin was so crispy and well fried but yet the fish meat was soft, tender and not dry at all, just the right moisture! The oyster mushrooms cooked with red wine tasted very nice too!

People who know me know that I’m a matcha lover and this cake clearly passes my matcha test! The cake is generously made with matcha powder and you can still taste a tinge of the matcha bitterness which makes this a true match cake! Not those cheap matcha cake. Some might not like the bitter test but if you love matcha, then this cake should sit pretty well with you!

Back here and finally got to try their cakes!!
Black sesame cake was not too overpowering. The crumbs on top added a nice flavour to the cake. Just right! Cream doesn’t taste overwhelmingly like cream. so it was right!
Would give this an 8/10!

Pulled pork sandwiches and burgers are my kind of thing and the Stamford Brasserie does this dish so well!! Will definitely be my goto places if I’m craving pulled pork sandwiches! The sandwich is stuffed with pulled pork and is so juicy and nicely seasoned with BBQ sauce. Yum! This dish is now served
with potato chips - no longer potato wedges!

The restaurant has changed their cooking style of various dishes a bit since the last time I came here to eat. And the new style that they cook this barramundi dish in works just as well as the old style!

The bread crumbs lining the top of the fish gave a crunch texture which was a nice contrast to the soft texture of the fish. The barramundi was cooked just perfectly - meat was tender and not tough/dry! The tomatoes and salad veggie were nicely seasoned as well. Loved this dish!

Roasted chicken was just rightly cooked - chicken meat was not dry. Garlic mash potatoes was a hit! - just the right amount of buttery flavour in it! Brussel sprouts provided a good veggie fix to this dish!

Tiger prawns cooked in crustacean cream, chilli flakes, garlic and tossed with egg pappardelle - had a creamy taste to it but absolutely loved this! Good portion size! Prefer this to the Laksa Pesto Pasta!

Tasted just like laksa! A bit on the spicy side, pesto added a nice flavour to the pasta. Prawns tasted fresh and was not mushy! Good portion size!
