The Sticky Date Pudding used to be TO DIE FOR. But over the course of a few months, it seemed to progressively get sweeter and sweeter. It's still good but I would definitely hope they turn down the sweetness. The food is decent though variety seems limited and nothing to shout about. Truffle fries are a good side with the overly sweet pudding.
Had the waffle with pistachio and summerberries as well as a hojicha and honey lavender in cup form.
The best flavours are definitely the honey lavender if you're a tea aficionado, it is on the sweet side but the lavender shines through like a breath of fresh air. The pistachio with the waffle is really good and a must try. I was blown away with the first bite.
Chicken seems to be what is commonly ordered at this place. Ordered the Truffle Chicken, it was decent as a chicken but no trace of truffle none whatsoever, not even in the form of truffle oil. The Fish & Chips were overfried and in small pieces. The Garlic Alio Olio was underwhelming, bland and dry. Strange because the outlet at Thomson Plaza was pretty good.
