Pan-seared Beef Tenderloin with Nargila-tea infused seared Foie Gras served with natural jus, quince puree and ice lettuce; accompanied by potiron (Winter squash) and Comte cheese pudding. Savoured the buttery foie gras which melted lusciously upon the tongue, painting it thickly. Then moved on to the succulent beef which yielded easily to the knife, beautifully marinated and ever-so gently smokey. The flakey potiron and Comte cheese pudding was tasty as well, a lovely combination of savoury and sweet flavours.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STAR! Give it a try next time you decide to have salted egg crab or any crab honestly. Sweet & Juicy 💯👍🏼 I promise it will not disappoint. Note: Min 2 crabs and yes it's a tad pricy but worth every penny. Cheers.

Woohoo! Next stop Malaysia Boleh for fried oyster egg. One of the better ones in Singapore so far that i have tried. Very different compared to Singapore's style. It's much more sticky, fried with chilli & I believe yellow ginger. I highly recommend this dish if you're heading to jurong point.

New found favourite waffle recently at 313 Somerset always wanted to try it out and finally today is the dayyyyyyy. I love how the waffle tasted soft inside and crisp on the outside. Worth going back again for more. Overall 7.5/10 portion reasonable amount.

Newly opened Western food opposite Yuhua, Jurong East McDonald. Long queue and only opens at night despite the long queue, food is served very quickly. They also serve Blanc on the tap. Ordered salmon steak to share, very fresh salmon steak skin crisp with sweet and savoury taste comes with couscous rice and ratatouille. Overall 8/10 👍🏼👍🏼

Absolutely spicy fried chicken in town. Needed to scrape away the chilli seeds if not I'll burn up, really tasty worth a try for spicy lovers. If you're ordering spicy fried chicken wings do also consider paring with lychee soda👍🏼 Overall for there the portions are really huge advise to share with friends or partner a little pricy thou. 7/10

Japanese influenced dish I suppose didn't really enjoy my main, rather pricy honestly. Overall 6/10 my partner gave it a 5/10

Korean fried chicken shops are the new upcoming trends in Singapore. Today my partner and I decided to try out Chir Chir chicken factory since there wasn't a queue unlike the weekends. Nest snow chicken are chicken strips marinated in Cajun spices, hidden mash sweet potato jem! creamy cheesy sauce base top with creammmmm. So special! 😱 Tender chicken strips are rather spicy, hot and crispy. I really enjoyed the creamy cheesy sauce. Finishing with mash sweet potato to balance the saltiness. Overall 8/10👍🏼
