Oporto, an Australian fast-food chain specialising in Portuguese flame grilled chicken with over 150 stores there, has come to Singapore, and they are conveniently located at Holland Village. (Near HV Mrt Station)

We had the sharing platter ($18.90) that consists of half a chicken, a regular size chips, 2 sides and 2 drinks. I thought the food here was quite health-friendly as compared to the other fast-food options.

The grilled chicken is well-marinated and it's so tender that the meat falls off the bones easily. The fries was tasty and it goes very well with the garlic dipping sauce. They are also very generous with the portion of the sides given, feeding both of us very well indeed!

Want to try it yourself? I'm giving away $30 Oporto vouchers to 1 lucky winner πŸŽ‰ courtesy of @oportosg ⚠️Please note that the vouchers will expire on 30th June 2019.

Mazesoba can be explained as Japanese dry Ramen, which Maze means "to mix" and soba simply means noodles.
How to eat Mazesoba? First you mix everything for 20 seconds. Then add vinegar or chili oil, depending on your preferences. When you had finish eating, you can request for a small portion of rice to mix with the remaining sauce by mentioning β€œOIMESHI!” to their staff. They also offer free noodles upsize, so it's guarantee that you'll leave the restaurant with a happy stomach.

They have pretty affordable price too; Taiwan Mazesoba Nagoya Style ($12.80++) Original Mazesoba with Karaage ($15.80++) KAJIKEN Singapore is the first shop dedicated to Mazesoba in Singapore, and they are conveniently located at Paya Lebar Square #01-86.

Thanks @kajikenatpls for the lunch.

Try the EATSY App, an order ahead mobile app to help beat the queue and maximize your time!

Using the app to order was a breeze and other than Wheat Baumkuchen, they have merchants like Tanuki Raw, Bober Tea and many more.

I ordered the Salmon Poke Soba ($10) it's filling, tasty yet healthy as it only contains 458kcal. To further complete my meal, I ordered the Sashimi Side and it's a steal considering its only at $6.80 for 6pcs. The portion was huge and fresh!

Apply Promo code EATSYIT on the app. (It entitles new users to get $2 off with $4 minimum order) It's so #eatsyBeatsy with #Eatsyapp

Complete your meal with the free flow πŸ₯š on the table, or order sides such as Gyoza (5 for $6) or Deep Fried Chicken ($3.50). I highly recommend you to order the deep fried chicken! The chicken cutlet is tasty and juicy.

Thanks @julin_ho for the invitation and Shawn @menyasanjiboatquay for having us.

I did! But now, I no longer have to lug Da Jia noodles all the way back from Taiwan as they are now available at all Ju Hao outlets in Singapore!

Da Jia noodles are sundried instead of oil fried like other instant noodles, bringing you the same convenience in a healthier but tastier fashion!

There are 4 types of noodles to choose from at Ju Hao: waves, slices, handmade and hand-shaped. You can pair them with a variety of sauces available: shallot, sesame and mala. You can also customise your preferred noodle texture as well as flavour profile and the amount of oil used.

My personal favourite would be the waves noodles as i like the texture I get from it topped with sesame sauce. I also recommend that you get the chicken chop, which is juicy and tender within but crispy on the outside, to go along! The red bean pancake is a good way to finish your meal too; not too sweet and with a nutty fragrance on the outside.

Thank you @brandcellar for the invite and @mofgroup for the hospitality and food.

The chicken leg was tender and flavourful and the duck stew went really well with the rice. A perfect energy booster over lunch for a long day at work.

This reminded me of homecooked food, providing me with comfort and filling me up completely! So if you are hungry and looking for a meal to be delivered to you promptly, look no further than kemono chicken as they provide timely updates and delivers their bento sets with excellent service!

I'm really impressed with the ice-cream here and all the items are reasonably priced. My favourite has to be the Gateau au Chocolate Cake with Avocado Gula Melaka ($8.00) The moist chocolate cake melts in my mouth and the πŸ₯‘ ice-cream is creamy and not too overwhelming.

They only have the steamed white chicken (Starting at $4.50) option, and it sure doesn't disappoint. They uses the method of dunking the chicken in cold ice water after steaming to cool it off, giving it a cold "refreshing" taste. Definitely my kind of chicken rice!

Any food recommendation for Bishan? Do share with me in the comments below. Thanks! πŸ˜€

From a humble food stall in 1996 to more than 8 outlets today. Its signature item is the healthy bittergourd soup ($3.80), where you can add in items like meatball, sliced pork, liver etc at 50cents each. Overall i find that it's bitter-sweet and you'll definitely enjoy this if you like bittergourd soup.

They sell Claypot items as well, and we ordered the Claypot Hua-diao Chicken ($4.50) which goes extremely well with the rice.

It's a pity that their Hakka fried pork had sold out by the time we went there. Definitely will be back to try their other items like the Vinegar pig Trotters, Claypot Bittergourd Chicken and the fried pork.

Highly recommended you to try the Kaisendons here πŸ˜‹ 🍱 Mentaiyaki Tamago & Kaisendon ($18.90)
🍱 Ebi Mentaiyaki Kaisendon ($19.90) .
They have a total of 5 outlets at One Raffles Place, Suntec City, Novena Square 2, Paya Lebar Square and an upcoming outlet at Marina Square.

Swipe to the last photo to explore 4 different ways to enjoy your Kaisendon!

Thanks @keikaisendon.sg for the dinner!
