Crispy skin with tender meat dipped in the Mala sauce. Shiok!
It's definitely not rice. It's actually pasta shaped as rice. Couldn't tell just by looking at it. It is prepared with orzo, a short-cut pasta and cloaked in a fragrant emerald-green spring onion blend. Tossed and mixed with asparagus, shrimp, egg and sakura ebi.
Sauce was creamy and yummy. Yassin Kampung is one of the first few halal certified restaurant to serve this. A taste of sweet and savoury.

You can taste the absolute flavour and juicy-ness from the beef. I love their Applewood Bacon which is not too hard and overly oily.
