Didn’t have an impressive dining experience here.
Firstly, the wait for the food was sooo long despite it not being crowded…
Secondly, food wise:
- Nanban chicken: Portion is good, but the chicken wasn’t that tasty. The batter really just tastes like fried flour without any seasoning, got gelat pretty quickly.
Would I revisit? Maybe not as the wait time was too long really, and not value for money, mainly on the taste.

Firstly, the wait for the food was sooo long despite it not being crowded at all…..
Secondly, food wise:
- Oyako udon: Doesn’t exactly look like the picture on the menu, which looks wayyyyy better? Average dish. Would go better on rice still.
Would I revisit? Maybe not as the wait time was too long really, and not value for money, mainly on the taste.

Nice drinks as usual. Easy to order via the app and then collect for takeaway!
This a surprisingly nice drink! The coffee and tea flavor compliment each other really well~ Normal sugar level recommended!!

Visited for dinner with my friends and we really enjoyed the food!!! The pita bread was amazing! Soft chewy texture! A lot of fillings inside each pita too. Our favourite was the falafel one. Will surely revisit again. Only bad thing is that it’s pretty pricey, but worth an occasional visit!!!

Pasta is still so good and affordable at $6.50 currently with ice lemon tea. Each order is cooked upon order so the pasta is hot upon collection and the aglio is so fragrant, being fried with tonnes of diced garlic. Honestly, the best Aglio I’ve had in SG, and the most value for money. Love!!!

My second visit here (first time I had grilled chicken), and food is pretty good!! Pasta is really flavorful with a lot of bacon inside. Yummy!

Walked in for dinner not realizing this place has pretty good reviews!
✔️ Tempura here is definitely good, with thin layer of batter only. Crisp yet not so oily!
✔️ Udon noodles is thinner type, which is interesting. Yummy too!
✔️ Portions are pretty good, left me filling super full after!
Ordered these a la carte, so hopefully they have Tempura + Udon set soon ☹️ There’s only Tempura with rice or soba :(

Store is located inside Kopitiam Tampines 1!
Wanted to try as I saw quite a number of people around the Kopitiam eating this! There’s not much queue here because there’s only a few set options on the menu and they serve pretty fast.
I like that the set comes with quite a few things - meat, egg and vege! Chicken meat served were all thigh, so meat is really tender and portion is good too! Asked for more sauce, which they gladly and generously gave me too, and we even agreed this type of rice is nicer with more gravy 😂
Recommend! Next time, I want to try grilled fish!

Dabaoed this for a lunch! There’s always a long queue at this store, and recommended by neighbours too!
✔️ Long queue but moves fast
✔️ More special ingredients than regular nasi lemak store - stir fried long beans, brinjal, etc; the otah is also freshly made and grilled at the store; first time seeing fried boneless chicken thigh which was nice
✔️ Affordable prices
✖️ Rice was lighter in taste with lesser coconut fragrance. Personally, I prefer stronger coconut taste
Overall, still a decent meal. The dishes here are good! Just prefer rice to be more flavorful because it’s still the essence of a Nasi Lemak dish for me!

A nice cafe serving Italian food in Somerset!
✔️ Nice vibes and atmosphere, great for chilling with friends
✔️ Wide variety of food options on the menu, with some unique flavors too
✔️ Food is not bad - for pizza, they have an option to top up for 2 flavors in 1 pizza, which I find to be really great and flexible! Tons of ingredients too.
✖️ Quite crowded, so suggest to make a reservation before heading down
✖️ Food is pretty pricey, I find it not so value-for-money for the portions
Overall, food is not bad and nice vibes. However, honestly don’t find it so value-for-money. Pretty expensive!

✔️ Food is not bad, this truffle fries came out freshly cooked with fragrant truffle aroma so it was really good! Not too heavy on truffle but still flavorful! It’s the thinner kind of fries, which is to my liking!
