Almost every table had one of these ricotta pancakes! They were fluffy, and I could spot specks of vanilla beans and ricotta in them. But again, still quite a yummy treat, but nothing to rave about.
This was delicious, but nothing to rave about. But still, warm oozey cheese never fails! I've tried yummier truffle cheese toasties but this wasn't too bad!
Enjoyed this dish best, the rice cakes (I presume. Or are thesw lentils-based too? Tastes similar to thosai) were really delicious - they were warm, fluffy and had this lovely sour tang to it. Paired perfectly with the perfectly cooked dal.
So glad to have discovered this hidden gem located a 5-min away from the workplace, especially when you get so sick of the food there. The bowl noodles were still as delicious, rich broth, with generous ingredients. The thai milk tea was delicious, but would definitely be better if it was less sweet.
This was really shiok with torched mentai-mayo over salmon on purple rice rolls! So satisfying good.
Perfectly poached eggs, smashed avo on toasted sourdough, and halloumi cheese! My kinda brunch, so yums!
Love the tangy savoury sauce that comes with the chewy warm "al dente" noodles and the GENEROUS amount of vegetables and nuta (shredded beet, carrots, cucumbers, turnip, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and more). My favourite comfort food on needy nights :)
Crispy and huge pratas, just one is enough to fill me up for dinner! An egg prata, and a cup of hot teh halia (less sugar) - my routine if I do drop by for prata (yes I live just a 5-min walk away, how convenient!)
Flavourful bee hoon (that wasn't greasy at all) with generous ingredients, what more can I ask for?
This was sooooo good (and wayyy much cheaper than Putien's version)! Got a small bowl to share with the parents, and it was perfect for the 3 of us (along with a small plate of Heng Hua bee hoon).
This was a decent bowl of chendol, though I felt there was way too much coconut milk: gula melaka ratio! Wished there was more gula melaka though!
Huge huge fan of orh nee (taro paste). So I loved the Mr Bean taro Paste wholemeal pancakes so much that I had it for 3 times that week! But am not too sure about the oreo cheese one though, the flavours don't blend too well.
