One of my favourite places to stop by for a delicious snack. This places supplies the best pita in the country to some of the best restaurants, so you know you're in for a treat! My favorites are the wholemeal and za'atar pitas, served warm alongside their superbly creamy hummus. Say yes when he asks if you take spicy, and you'll be rewarded with a lovely dusting of chili powder. Loaded with whole chickpeas and hard boiled eggs, this was divine. I also loved the really simple, no frills environment, just sitting along the walkway at Bali Lane and snacking on these beauties 👌🏻

Cottony-soft cake and an absolute dream, that barely survived my ride home. This is one cake that deserves full attention so the next time I would definitely head down and eat them on the spot, with their tea pairing.
Light fluffy sponge, yuzu meringue mousse, raspberry white chocolate (Which I usually shy away from but this was pretty subtle), with raspberry. The flavours were well-balanced, not overly sweet, and tangy, and we loved how delightfully refreshing this was!

Earl Grey Lavender Cake. Robust earl grey flavor with tinge of lavender. I quite enjoy this~

The Thai Milk Tea cake, I liked that the cake was only very subtly sweet which allowed the flavor of the thai milk tea to shine through. Sea salt is added to balance out the sweetness of the butter cream so that it doesn’t get too sweet.

Had it accompanied by the prettiest rose buds tea...yes.. real rosebuds ... in the tea.

A lover of cheesecakes and cheese tarts, I knew I had to try this when I found out they were opening in Singapore.

The cheese filling is creamy yet fluffy, not cloying or dense. All it took was 30 seconds to devour a mini Pablo. The crust has a crisp texture even after refrigerated for a few hours.

Compared to Bake's cheese tarts, Bake's come across a little cheesier that Pablo's so it a matter of personal preference.

Crust wise, I think I still prefer Bake's better.

Overall, a good cheese tart. But I would not queue for hours to eat this. If the queue for Bake's gets diverted here, I'll happily get mine from Bake.

A winning combination of torched Mentaiko sauce and crunchy Tobiko, Waa Cow Sushi Bar’s Mentai Hokkaido Scallops ($13.80/ 9 slices) is the ideal sharing plate and perfect starter for a super-indulgent meal filled with their signature beef bowls. What a great way to start, note that there is only a limited portion available at the RafflesXchange outlet! Piled with briny popping goodness, chopped scallions and layered with salty creaminess, the sliced scallops were just the right thickness so you get a really nice bite. The sprinkle of black pepper and lingering smokiness from the sauce also seems to bring out the freshness and natural sweetness of the Hokkaido scallops. And the best part for me was that it was not overly rich as the mentaiko sauce did not overwhelm the whole dish - having enough to satisfy the lovers but not outshining the other elements. Super shiok!

Yes, it is feast to the eyes! Umm, despite the talks and hype about this insta-worthy Sage Cream Cheese and Berry Compote Toast, on mine I find that the berry compote was lacking and a little watery. Or perhaps I wasn't used to this savoury combination as the first meal of the day. I was really expecting something sweet though. What a shame.

I'll definitely come by again to try other flavours like the Nut butter, Honey and Sea Salt combination, and the Hummus one.

Walking distance from Botanics Garden MRT, pretty accessible. Come by early!

Spicy but decent chilli crab ($26) and butter sotong ($16) that never fails

thick smoked duck slices make eating a bit difficult.. but I'm not complaining if it means more meat! 😙😙
