This "liao" many many lor mee would be good! 😋 Fried Fish Lor Mee ($4) from Penang Kitchen, Amoy Street Food Center. I realised many lor mee stores in Amoy, and didn't know which on was good. Settled for this store cause I was too hungry 😂 Thick yellow noodles splashed with that starchy thick gravy, topped with wu xiang, pork belly, egg, fried fish and special crisp that was really fragrant when you mixed in with the gravy.
In addition, their condiments are added by yourself, which mean as much chili, minced garlic or vinegar as you like!
One of our stop for yesterday's cafe hunt in JB. The good news is they're coming to Singapore soon, it will be situated at Haji Lane.

I must say that these burgers really impressed me!!! You know how typical average burger have dry, hard and crumbly patties? But these juicy flame-grilled beef patties fused with melted cheese were so on point! 😍 Portion was incredibly huge and it's extremely affordable too. The only gripe I had was probably that the fries could be a lil saltier! Do check it out when they officially open 😉 it's worth it.
Gooey goodness - deep fried durians! Packed full of durian flesh its really sweet and savory, I would recommend it as a must have for this stall. At $10 for 6 pieces I think it is worth it for the generous portion of durian flesh. Service is good and waiting time is fast considering that they fry it on the spot. Others on the menu also seem interesting, find them on fb at: MrQ Snacks.
Isn’t this matcha sumi soft serve a beauty?

Expecting the unexpected, from River King Prawn in curry leaf infusion and mango chutney, Norwegian diver scallops in young coconut curry, to Iberian Pork Belly stir-fried with vinadaloo curry and sweet potato. Indian dishes, reinvented.

I will be taking walks around the hotel I am staying at – the new Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road @hotelindigobkk , and will share with you the EATS we discovered in the neighbourhood.
Heard that this Soi Polo Chicken could be very well be Bangkok’s best fried chicken restaurant, and knew we just had to come.
Look at that tender juicy drumstick dipped with spicy sauce. Any cravings for fried chicken from Bangkok?

And boy oh boy, I loved its presentation, springiness of the noodles, sauce, Chilli, fresh dumplings.... Actually everything.
