There are only TWO mains which I eat whenever I am at bedok 85 hawker - bakchormee soup or minced pork ball porridge from this stall (Chai Chee pork porridge #01-23)!
Both are long queue stalls but the porridge queue is shorter! I always get the item that is not stated on the menu - minced pork ball porridge! And add egg! Super comforting!

The matcha one was the most interesting flavour because of the addition of the white chocolate, pistachio and lemon! Super refreshing taste and very unique!
We can't help but wonder about the difference in size of the gelato given though. The right cup was given first and I was whispering to my partner "omg why so small cup!" (Just like one of the reviews we read on Burpple). Not sure if the server heard but she proceeded to make the second cup look TALLER (but actually there are empty holes at the bottom so the volume given is still the same lol)
No seats. We took it to the taka foodcourt to eat. It was a weekday so it wasn't crowded and we weren't chased away by the food court cleaners for eating "outside" food 😁

Dined at @positanoristo recently! It was my first visit! The place was really crowded on a weekend lunch afternoon seating. Be sure to call to make reservation! I was there for the 12-2pm lunch seating. The place was so full that the 2pm seating was also fully reserved that we had to make our way somewhere else for desserts!
Tried various dishes here but only have a picture of this seafood pizza (because was dining in a group and this girl here is shy to take photos of all the food 🤭)
🌠Seafood pizza: I like how it is thin crust! Comes with squid, prawn and oysters!
🌠Positano Mac and cheese with crabmeat: actually I didn't see or taste any crabmeat for this. Slightly too cheesy for me
🌠squid ink seafood spaghetti: I like how this squid ink was slightly spicy! Nornally squid ink pasta don't have such spicy punch! 🔥
🌠chicken wings: this is good! Well marinated! Goes well with the chilli sauce given too.
🌠 Mushroom risotto: loved this! Comes with a fried enoki mushroom! But because dining in a group, it became the paiseh piece LOL
🌠Positano Super Supreme Calzone: this looked super good! But it had beef which I didn't eat so had to skip this

My first time trying teochew kuehs from @ahyeessoonkueh !
They sell an assortment of teochew kuehs. What I got was the soon Kueh ($1.5), Peng Kueh ($1.5) and Yam Kueh ($1.5). White Peng Kueh is rare! I usually see pink pengkueh sold elsewhere. And the imprints on the pengkueh and mould shape are so pretty! 💕
My favourite Kueh of the lot here is the Yam Kueh hands down! So good that I had a second piece serving of it (depriving my family member a chance to try it hehe). It was filled with so much ingredients like Yam, pumpkin, mushrooms and lean meat! I also like how the skin wasn't super thick/oily. I especially like the sour spicy chilli sauce given to accompany it!
A real delightful treat, good as a quick and filling meal too!
I will be back again to try their pumpkin/yam cakes the next time!

Visited CHARLIE TEA for the first time today thanks to @lazada_sg 's $1 bbtea flash sale vouchers yet again! This is the Mount Wu Pearl Milk Tea! It is essentially a medium bodied oolong with warm chewy brown sugar pearls!! The tea taste was super strong and fresh! A refreshing take to the typical brown sugar milk / brown sugar milk tea!
This place also sells croissants! They have many dine in seats as well.
Here I am hoping that Lazada has more flash sale vouchers for charlietea again because I will love to visit again!😊😊

Dined here because I had a voucher. But turns out I didn’t really enjoy my visit here
👉🏻fried fish with ginger onion $15.8++: I’m not sure why the fish wasn’t fried. Diff from the photo from another review. Fish is frozen fish and can taste a metallic aftertaste. The sauce that accompanied it was also slightly salty not the ginger onion sauce I’m used to
👉🏻salted eggs shrimp $22.8++: this was alright the nicer dish of all 3 items. But the prawn didn’t taste v fresh either slightly mushy. And the flour batter separates from the prawn v easily. The salted egg taste could also be much stronger
👉🏻 Yangzhou fried rice 9.8++: I had one scoop of this rice and couldn’t eat further. The fried rice didn’t have the egg fragrant fried rice taste at all. It was very bland and had a very strong rice smell that I couldn’t take it. Felt like I wasted my money for it
But perhaps I ordered all the wrong dishes from this stall. If anyone wants to visit here maybe you have better luck trying other dishes
