Lady boss soy sauce chicken are poached in a secret blend of spices & aromatics, passed down from generations. Recipe already more than 100 years old.

Uses only fresh quality chicken, brined in wine overnight & slow braise one at a time. The master sauce is 3 years old.

These succulent chicken are then glazed w W rice wine, @wricewine an artisan handcrafted premium rice wine.

The chicken is tender & succulent.
The breast meat is so tender & soft, cannot stop eating that.
The sauce is silky, not salty, not cloying.
