The broth was not very thick but tasted rich and full of crab. I do prefer the lobster broth one though as that is thicker. Comes with runny yolk egg and very thinly sliced pork char siew.

This is a new seasonal dish at Putien and it did not disappoint. There were ample of oysters in it and it was fried to crispy perfection. It is much more crispy and somehow less oily than our usual hawker kind of fried oyster pancake. Will order it again when I go back for another round!

First time trying this dish at Paradise and not expecting anything less as my top favourite of this dish was at Le Shrimp Ramen. The dish did not disappoint as its just the right amount of saltiness and the tofu runs smoothly with the century egg. Melts in the mouth!

My must have at Paradise! Especially love this dish at the Changi outlet as it has both the sour spicy plus mala taste which zests up the tastebuds.

This plate of pan fried dumplings looks normal but when we bite into it, we were pleasantly surprised by the juice spurting out from the crispy skin. The dumplings could be even better if the skin was abit thinner but this was one yummy dumpling.
