If you love a good bread then this is the place for you! Very affordable brunch and all day menu. At around $20 one could get a cup of amazing cold brew coffee with big breakfast. Comes with two eggs however you want it to be done, some mushrooms and bacons and to top everything off, Hokkaido brioche. Well crusted bread with a light and fluffy inside and a nice Smokey char on the outside. If you however are absolutely crazy about bread then you might like to try their bread board served with white miso hummus,homemade raspberry jam and butter. It’ll be an upgrade to your routine kaya and butter toast. Smooth miso butter with a touch of umami and savoury you twist at the end elevating the flavors to a whole new level

I felt that the location was extremely convenient especially for photographers in the area looking for a quick fix and a place to seek cover from the hot sun. Average western food at cafe prices, I would only recommend it if you are in desperate need of a cold drink.

The Les Amis owned restaurant located just opposite great world city has recently opened its doors for us to get a taste of Japan without having to leave the comfort of Singapore. The restaurant serves up authentic Japanese food in an intimate dining setting. This Beef Sando I had, had a melt in my mouth beef steak on the inside and is held together with a crispy brown sandwich. Coupled with pommery mustard and tonkatsu sauce for an extra kick of tanginess.⠀

ColBar is a well hidden-old school-90s tuck shop located in Portsdown Road. They serve booze and other hawker dishes in a retro setting. Despite that It might be a little hard to get to the place without a car as it’s far away from any busstop.
