Very very hard and dry waffles. Disappointing. Would not try the waffles again I guess you should just stick with the pancakes even though there may a really long waiting time. The strawberry sauce given wasn't enough for the whole waffles and it definitely was a challenge for me to finish the waffles because of the dryness of it. The only good thing was that the waffles wasn't as filling as others from other cafes.

Got this with the weekday set menu. This was definitely one of the most bitter cappuccino that I have ever tasted and the latte art did not look as good as those from other cafes. This one looks very dark and dull. Really disappointed with the cappuccino here, I suggest buying the d Good Cafe Unknown which is way much better than the regular drinks in my opinion.

$11. On the pricier side due to the truffles. The cafe gave lots of soup and the mushroom tasted really nice. Good for sharing with others because it was definitely a huge portion for 1 person. This is a must try at the cafe!!

$16. Definitely worth it, the carbonara was cooked to perfection. Even though I was recommended to put pepper into the carbonara, I did not prefer it with the pepper. Would have liked it if more mushroom was given instead of sausage, made me feel as though I'm paying for something that is less worth it.

The ice cream flavours are rotated and the earl grey vanilla ice cream certainly did not disappoint. There was a strong earl grey taste and they gave lots of ice cream to fulfill my cravings.

Sadly, the taro taste wasn't as strong as I would have hoped for. But they certainly did maximise your money spent because the drink was filled to the brim and it did not spill over even though it seemed like it was going to. Would have preferred if the taro taste was stronger like that in Gong Cha.

My first time trying piccolo latte, definitely something which I liked really much. There was a strong bitter aftertaste that enhanced the coffee. Not a coffee expert but I really loved it. Hope that the service would be better and they could serve water.

$17. The scrambled egg was excellent and one of the best that I had tasted, it was not overdone and some parts of the egg was runny. Definitely something that is worth it. The environment and ambience in the cafe is vibrant and its an amazing place to chill with good scenery. The creamy mushroom tasted strong and the cream made the bread very soft, making it easier to slice through as compared to portions of the bread which were under the scrambled eggs. The plating was perfect and designed with extreme skill. Also did not have to wait for a long time for the dish to come. Certainly one of the best cafes to go!

Ice cream waffle said to be from Japan. Very expensive and pricey. Not worth the price. The waffle was too thin and did not live up to my expectations. However, the only good thing about this waffle ice cream was that the matcha taste was distinct and had this bitter aftertaste. Would have loved it if there were more azuki beans in the ice cream. But way too expensive.

This drink tasted very much like Yakult. I was disappointed because the strawberry flavour was not particularly distinct and strong in the drink. Makes for a very healthy drink. Meiji drinks are always the best!

$3.80. Way too pricey for such a small piece of mochi with ice cream in it. While I know that it is because of the need to import it, I certainly didn't think that it is worth the price. The mochi skin was way too sticky making it very difficult to eat. When I took one bite, the whole mochi skin came off and the ice cream was melting in my hands. The ice cream melted way too quickly as well. The matcha taste in the ice cream was not strong. Really disappointing, would not buy the daifuku from this shop again.

Bought it really late when they were going to close already. Got a fantastic deal. 3 buns for $3. This yam bread was very disappointing for me having tried many other yam breads before. The bread was dry and not soft. It made it really difficult to eat it. Not only that, the yam fillings were not generous and I felt that most parts of the bread did not actually have enough yam fillings as I would have liked. The only thing which I liked about this bread was that the yam was sweet and savory. Don't know if it is just a one off thing because other breads I have tried from Bakery Cuisine are usually way better. Could be the fact that the bread had been kept there for a long time already and not really fresh. Would love to try other varieties of bread that Bakery Cuisine has to offer.
