New week, new food. Lunch today, made by yours truly: Mixed Greens | Sweet Potato Mash | Sautéed Enoji Mushrooms | Hot Sauce Eggplants | 120g Beef Round | Two Soft White, Hard Yolk eggs. Not very good plating but it's the taste that counts(:
Lunch today (from bottom up): Mixed Greens | Sautéed Herbed Mushrooms | Purple Sweet Potato Salad made with Yellow Mustard, Hot Sauce and Herbs | Soft Egg Whites | Garlic Crusted Salmon | Feta Cheese.
So glad I made lunch almost everyday this week! Today's (bottom up): Stirfry Broccoli with Silverfish | Sautéed Mushrooms | Tumeric Chicken Breast tossed in BBQ Sauce | Soft Egg | Garlic Crusted Salmon | Half an Avocado | Sprinkle of Pine Nuts and Dried Cranberries. Yay for cooking!
I think anything Aburi-fied is super good(:
Not much to shout about IMO though.
