Here's what it tastes like.

First off, this is NOT the typical Japanese cheesecake - fluffy and tasteless. Instead, there's a real premium taste to the cheese; it's delicate and not overpowering.

Next, the three layers of wow. π The middle part is silky smooth (like brie/cream cheese). The outer layer resembles the texture of normal cheesecakes, slightly solidified and stronger in flavour. Then there's the outside char, which gives a hint of smokiness. #outofthisworld

Now, imagine yourself taking alternating spoonfuls of each layer coated with freshly whipped cream. π #mindblown
