All-time favourite or should I say - a won't-go-wrong dish to order at every Thai eatery?

It really did not disappoint. A generous plate of freshly stir-fried basil minced pork together with chopped long beans, well-seasoned to taste with fragrant rice.

You can't find your all-time favourite pearls and bubble tea here, cos Teabrick's concept is to go healthy with the rise in popularity of bubble tea in Singapore. They offer innovative and healthy drink selections and toppings - from their signature kombucha to snow fungus and goji berries toppings! As you walk in, you can definitely tell that they homemade their drinks and toppings.

If you really want to get a drink after lunch but you're bored of Old Tea Hut or Koi/Gongcha is too fattening after lunch, go for something healthier like Teabrick's home-crafted drinks!

The only rectangular pizza in the house!

Calabria-style sausage, spicy Italian sausage, mozzarella, roasted peppers and red chillies. There were fresh mozzarella chunks, pesto, parmesan and rocket to finish the hero.

The sausages tasted slightly strong, which was the highlight of it. I thought it was really special and it's a definite recommend to get it!

Asparagus, butternut squash, mushrooms, roasted peppers, cherry tomatoes, olives, passata, mozzarella and garlic oil. A recommended vegetarian option with a blend of flavours which make it an interesting dance altogether in your mouth.

YES the classic Hawaiian in Singapore - but looks nothing like it, and tastes waaaaaay better than we thought.

Served with pineapple chutney and garlic oil on a creamy bΓ©chamel base was what made it stand out. It's a must-try here!

Who would have thought they'd serve 3 slices instead of 2 (as on the menu) on the pizza? πŸ˜› But they were cooked instead of smoked 😒

A layer of slightly sour tomato sauce base and some typical pizza cheese atop thinly rolled crust. Overall, there wasn't much taste to it, which was kinda disappointing. Would still stick to my other pizza choices in saizeriya !

Loved that the brown rice was warm when served, and there was a generous serving of salmon cubes. The ratio of ingredients were just right, and what's cool is that the wasabi is hidden in the soy sauce that is between the salmon cubes and the egg.

The saffron broth was poured over the dish right in front of our eyes as the miso butter salmon was served.

Beneath that thick slice of soft, unflaky salmon lies squid ink pasta grains, and beside it is kelp. A spoonful drizzle of avocado sauce and topped with huge and crunchy broccoli pieces.

The miso flavour was there - not too salty to cover the original salmon flavour. The salmon slice was cooked to perfection - I would say, it was in between medium to well-done? It really melts in your mouth together with the assortment of flavours in the dish.

Parma ham with rocket - the well-known Italian pair. The Parma ham here isn't as salty as the ones I've had before, and it's a slightly thicker cut here too. Personally not a fan of rocket salad, but the servings weren't too overwhelming so it was just right.

Vodka-infused pineapple chunks and Pork salami slices atop crisp baked pizza. It may look like our well-known Hawaiian pizza but it tastes waaay much better! Pork salami wasn't too heavy, and pineapple chunks were sweet. The ratio of ingredients were fairly well distributed too. Loved it!

Genmaicha was very fragrant although it was too ice blended - couldn't suck up anything through the straw! The goma soft serve flavour was just right - not too strong the black sesame flavour nor too creamy or icy the soft serve. The sweetness was just right too (I don't like my dessert overly sweet). It was quite nice a match!

We ordered a matcha roll cake too - nothing like the osulloc you imagine. The cake portion was slightly dry, while the cream portion was not θ…» - could tell that sufficient matcha powder was used to make the cream. Overall, the cake was not da bombz though, but could tell it isn't too sinful too!
