Sharing portion for 2. Wanted to have their side dish but there's only 2 of us. Hence, we need to visit again for dishes we wanted to try.

For $36.10 with some add-ons, it was filled with luncheon meat, sausage, pork belly is lean not too fatty, ramyeon, tteokbokki, kimchi, mushroom & etc... It was good but I wished it was a little more spicy. I guess the taste had been adjusted to suit the local.

Service was prompt, upon being seated water will be served immediately by another staff. Likewise treatment to other diners too. Staff were friendly and you can see the team work among them. Nothing to be dissatisfied about. A good experience.

Will be back for more...

It's always good to start off with the classic toast instead of fanciful ones.

It is my first time trying toast. Not sure how toast taste like at other places. Overall, it tasted good.

Will be back for it selection of Mentaiko dishes.

Love it!
Fudge may sounds very thick and rich in taste but this pandan fudge is good. It looks rich but taste mild. Cake is moist not crumbly-dry.

Lots of satisfaction after having it! My must have item whenever I'm there or around the area for a takeaway.

Tart is solid, it doesn't gets soft and crumbly after out from fridge for some time. The lime filling is really sour and comes with sweetness too. Keep one awake and gives the stint of sugar rush.

They've other selection of tarts and cakes too. Tried their bake chocolate tart, strawberry tart and interesting flavors of earl grey tea cake & teh tarik cake. More items to try the next time round.

Egg Souffle caught my attention. Fluffy & soft egg white. Sounds tasty!
Comes with 2 pretzel toast with sauté mushroom, chicken sausage and salad. Portion is just nice for a meal which leaves you some space for coffee & dessert.
The egg souffle was a bit disappointing as it was salty for my taste bud. All other item was good, love the pretzel toast. Crunchy on the sides and soft inside.
I love the ambience... I guess its the location which makes it tranquil on a Saturday noon. Those swing chair are so fun to swing with while having conversation over coffee or reading a book.

The name says it all, The Book Cafe. Many books to keep you occupied. Simple, relaxing ambience, has couch/sofa area too. Read a book or do some work. Power point are readily available around the table area to power up your laptop. There's alfresco seating too.
Wide selection of food from all day breakfast to sandwich/burger, pasta, shibuya thick toast and etc! Food was good, had a Egg Royale Benedict (Salmon). The smoked salmon portion is generous and come with rosti, unlike the usual salad.
Location may be a little off but it is quite crowded on a Monday morning.
A nice place to visit again and again...

This is a common man full breakfast, not a common man portion and it keeps a common man full! The portion is huge, which partly explains the price tag.

Portobello Mushroom. Home made chrorizo baked bean is sooo nice with a slight crunch. Bacon. Pork Sausage. Vegetable rosti which i thought it tasted like coleslaw with mint sour cream. Two eggs in any style, i had scrambled eggs on toast. And, confit herb tomato! Such a big plate i can't decide where to start. It is sooo bad that every item on the plate tasted so good too!

Will be back to try different item on the menu. And, no doubt even if it's just for a good cup of coffee.

I was wowed by the 1st sip. A cup of very aromatic coffee and has very rich taste.
Location may not be so convenient, but it is crowded on a Sunday at about 5pm. And, they closed at 6pm.
Definitely a nice place for good coffee. I love the bar look alike concept and their in-house coffee academy! If you're there alone, sit along the glass window and have a good read while sipping a good cuppa.

Will be back again!

It is very good. The chef is flexible to change sunny side up to scramble egg.

The only thing is the steak size looks inconsistent. But i believe it should be of same 150g.

Brunch on a PH morning...

Scrambled egg, honey bake ham, salad & 2 slices of toast. Portion was huge. The toast were good too. Nice to go with butter and their jam too.

Freshly hand made linguine texture is soooo good! Pair off with bacon and creamy sauce... Yummy!

Worth coming back for more Italian cuisine.

It is a Japanese Healthy Dining place. Has traditional shabu-shabu/hotpot collagen soup. But i didn't order it. Got a noodle with omelette instead.

The dish wasn't oily so i felt kind of healthy even though there's mayonnaise drizzled on top. It was palatable and big portion at a price of less than $14.

Ambience is good. It has a few partition for a private group dining. Service was alright, the staff made an effort to check minutes after our food was served. Likely will be back again to try the collagen shabu-shabu/hotpot.
