NZ Ribeye Steak @$24 No GST. Ribeye Steak comes with house salad & a side of your choice. Steak was cooked to the perfect medium. The steak was flavourful, tender and has a favourable fat ratio. The ribeye is definitely my favourite part of the cow. Brown sauce was rather meh thought, would be better with black pepper sauce, or some cream-base house sauce.

St Louis Ribs Applewood smoked ribs served with in house BBQ sauce. Comes with a house salad and one side. SteakGrill uses the slow cooking method to cook their meats in order to ensure every bite is absolutely delectable, perfectly cooked and juicy. The ribs are smoked well and tenderly done with a good combination of fatty and lean meat that goes well with the bbq sauce. The creamy and cheesy mac and cheese are served warm that come in a good portion as well 》$16 They can get really crowded during peak hours so do remember to make a reservation to secure a table and avoid disappointment before heading down.

Salted Egg Soft Shell Crab Pasta ($28.90) One of the better salted egg dishes that isn’t overpowering at all, having the chillies and curry leaves balance the taste profiles and adding a kick of spice to it all. The soft shell crab was very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We used the Burpple 1-for-1 deal here - it’s applicable for the Main Dish section of the menu. Slightly towards the pricier side (fair, considering its location, ambience, and quality of food) however made absolutely affordable with the 1-for-1 deal. The place is well done up contributing to a fantastic ambience, and service was great - staff were very friendly. I can see myself coming back again.

Not Really 1 For 1 $15 for the bowl but it's not 1 for 1. The deal is $28 for 2 which comes with an ice lemon tea. So it's normal price with a drink

mango tango also got their sirloin steak burrito bowl and taste wise both were not bad but they changed their burpple 1-for-1 terms so now u only get to choose from a menu of 4 items tho it does come w a choice of either ice lemon tea/ thai milk tea… paid $28 in total so idt its rly worth anymore 🥲

Gashouse Eggs | $13 Finally had the chance to hit up One Man Coffee after being greeted by long snaking queues during their brunch time. Got lucky and managed to snag a seat for breakfast. Opted for the gashouse eggs as I was not feeling hungry enough for the bigger plates. Absolutely loved how they made it, cheesy on the top yet oozy sunny side up egg in the middle. I’m personally not a fan of sourdough bread that’s too tough, but this crusty rendition had a great chewy texture to it. Rate:🌟🌟🌟

It goes very well with their homemade fish sauce which is highly addictive. The steamed rice was a little hard/dry otherwise it would have been a perfect dish 》$11.50

Bun Thit Nuong Rice noodles topped with barbecue sliced and minced pork, cucumber, fresh herbs, toasted peanuts, fried shallots and special homemade fish sauce. The bbq pork was juicy and well marinated together with a generous amount of vegetables to balance the meal. Topped with fried shallots and peanuts that add fragrance and crunch. Mix the refreshing and tangy homemade fish sauce into the bowl that goes very well with the bbq pork and plain rice noodles 》$11.90

Ice Cream + Waffles Finally tried their best selling ice cream flavour (salted butterscotch) one last time again before they closed down permanently + valrhona chocolate ($8) + waffles ($4) last time I have tried with my mum and sister after covid phase 2 where they r dine in. I think that salted butterscotch really so good, savoury and salty taste and taste remaines as same throughout the years. But valrhona chocolate just jelak for me tbh, milky, creamy and bitter taste and also thick texture and still complemented well with salted butterscotch. Waffles I think that they just overcooked (slightly hard to cut down) and got a bit of "char" edge 🥲. It turned soggy once ice cream melted it off towards the end.

Phenomenal Meat. We arrived at the establishment, not too for away from the MRT, making it very convenient for meat-craving souls, such as ourselves. The place was rather filled, a testiment to the reviews we've perused. Thankfully, we made a reservation. We got the Charcoal Grilled Whisky Ribeye. There was some wait time, but the songs queued slapped real hard (like the meat). Then, The Meat arrived. My first bite reminded me of my first kiss - wet, juicy and delicious. Not sure if it was the whiskey, but we were completely intoxicated. The way the flavors came together was utterly spectacular and left us begging for more. The meat bolstered a rich complex flavour, which was further enhanced by the flaky sea salt that brought the sweetness out of the meat.

Maybe not Nacho and cheese @ $6+ Chips felt like they were from a store bought bag. Cheese was served cold. Would go for other sides next time.

$30 nett For Two Don Set Popped by Gyunami for lunch with my friend, and the standard of their Signature wagyu roast beef don is still as good as when I had it 2 years back! Portion size may look small but underneath the slices of tender wagyu roast beef, there’s a lot of rice. The highlight is definitely the thin slices of wagyu roast beef. It’s super tender, perfectly medium rare and goes very well with everything! Gotta appreciate the artful arrangement of the meat slices on top of the rice too 💯 The set comes with complimentary miso soup – taste was okay, nothing too extraordinary. There’s not much lunch crowd on weekdays so you don’t have to queue 😊

Chicken Cutlet with Swiss Raclette Cheese Last hurrah with them before closure. Unfortunately this signature did not live up to its reputation. I thought three slabs of meat and special cheese justified the higher price, but they're small and simple, and the latter only offered visuals, nothing for the taste. Worse, the baby potatoes were lousy and the house braised sauce was negligible.

Crab Roll Last hurrah with them before closure. This signature was really good. The sensational crabmeat paired with fragrant croissant. The truffle shoestring fries were also superb.

Salted egg yolk chicken burger Salted egg yolk chicken burger came with two (!!) pieces of juicy chicken cutlet and a generous serving of creamy salted egg yolk sauce. Also had the slightly sweet taste of the Tze char oats that paired well with it. Delightful!
