I have no idea what is this but this noodle soup has a nice sweet savory taste to it!
Another dry ramen spot found! Chili oil was decent and its noodles were unique and springy! Especially loved it as it is cheaper than the other maze soba that I had in tanglin! There were more bamboo shoots, more char siew and most importantly, they serve 1.5 times amount of noodles compared to those soup ramen! Will be back definitely for this ultra value meal! ($13.50 before taxes)
The Tom yam noodles tasted similar to those Maggie Mee kind but the texture was still pretty acceptable. However, the prawns doesn't seem to be fully cooked despite the chef claiming so. Won't be coming back for food in awhile.
At $7 without any extra charges, they serve a kind of creme brûlée with a wider radius than those typical ones. Particularly liked it this way as they are more sugar coating to crunch on!
It's a zichar night with the dad. I ate 30% and he ate 70% of the fish. The fish was so tender and nice to eat. The sauce was just nice for me but still a bit salty in my dad's case!
I still remember it was in the January of the year 2013, I just POP-Ed from BMT and nicely the first event from Burpple was placed during the block leave of mine. The team always thank us for making burpple awesome, I would like to thank @burpple for making my life awesome. It was their monthly or quarterly events that I always look forward to in my army/uni life that kept me sane. They even made me a tastemaker when I'm just a normal guy who posts photos to burpple treating it like a food diary. I thank @burpple again for allowing me to meet fellow food lovers like @the_xw @alainlicious @veronicaphua @iamjaynedoe , all these awesome people makes my life really awesome.
