"Buta Kakuni". Remember these words. Speak it. Then ready yourself to taste some serious meat magic. The stewed pork belly that is laid before you is actually a blissful mass of tenderness held together with lip-sticking gluey-ooey fat. If you think it can't get better than that, well, you're wrong. Because the mustard that tags along with the pork, takes it up more than a few levels.
Thought it would be nice to try the cold pasta here for a change but I wasn't impressed. Found it to be only average in every way. Better to stick to the sandwiches and pastries here.
