first of all, the toppings. we have crispy ikan bilis, generous amount of spinach and minced meat and perfectly cooked egg. texture of the noodles was acceptable. soup tasted like flavourful chicken soup, very nice and sweet. recommended.
soup was light and fragrant, probably thanks to the oil on top. however, when the soup has cooled down, it became somewhat bland. not a bad thing, still. the noodles was al-dente, just to my preference. pretty generous with the amount of spinach and pork slices/minced pork as well. overall, quite a decent bowl of you mian. do note that the stall is sharing space with Peng Guan Bak Kwa in the coffee shop.
