The pizzas at this restaurant is definitely one of their good dishes. I especially like the thin and crispy crust. The flavours may be ordinary but it’s still a pretty good pizza.
The blue cheese is flavour is very strong here and the crust is thin and crispy. If you are a big fan of cheese, you might like this pizza!
The patty was a little bit overdone but the other ingredients were done well. The fries and onion rings were crispy even after left for a long time and were addictive enough to finish eating. The burger was otherwise ordinary.
One of my personal favourites. Everything in dish is done well - the duck, the mushrooms, the cream. The creamy texture married with the savouriness of the pepper leaves you craving for more.
This is a decent alternative from the very crowded astons. You can apparently make reservations too. The breaded batter was crispy as the name suggests. However, the meat inside was a lil overdone but it has a nice popcorn chicken texture if that’s what you’re going for. Despite the average meal, with the Entertainer, this place gives a pretty good and cheap meal.
I generally enjoy a more sour tasting lor mee so I added more vinegar and it was just nice. The ingredients themselves were plenty and fried to a perfect crisp that made this meal pleasant. My only gripe was that the fish was a bit overcooked so it was a bit tough.
Keep a lookout for their 1-for-1 deals. This is still one of my favourite brown sugar drinks in town. The pearls as soft as they were before but the brown sugar taste is still perfect with the milk. You can adjust your sugar level too!
With the 1-for-1, this is definitely worth your money. Order to be done medium, the steak was still pretty juicy and could be eaten on its own or with the sauce provided. A huge amount of salad was given and an interesting touch of a chickpea mash.
Would recommend coming here for the steak itself!
The portion here is pretty generous. Imagine a prawn mee that is dry with pork ribs and loaded with a lot a lot of chilli. This is my go to at this hawker centre. It is one of my favourites.
They close early at 6.30pm though.
Waffles were good and crunchy, comes with sauce choice of maple syrup or chocolate - maple syrup is better.
Pistachio ice cream is great and salted caramel is good. With 1 for 1, both the 2 waffles with single scoop and 2 crepe cakes.
Prata was crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside. The curry was adequate to pair with the prata but spice lacked the punch. This is great to satisfy a simple prata craving!
Waited so long to try this and did not regret it! One of the best things to have tried in all my entertainer deals. On the outside, you have a thin flaky crust with a fish shape carved onto it. On the inside, one of the best chowders I’ve tasted with the added bonus of a slab of snapper inside the soup! Can be shared or eat as a single person’s meal! Definitely coming back for more :)
