Simple street side snack. Q behind a group of backpackers and locals, we were patiently waiting for our turn to get our hands on their Pork Congee.
During our turn, the sky turned dark and started to drizzle. So we were forced to huddle under a small umbrella, holding a bowl each.
The owner stewed the broken rice with pork broth for hours, then resulted with this grain-less congee. Seasoned with more pork floss and topped with you tiao. Comfort to the max. * A very unique experience! The hygiene might be below your expectation.
