Left most is: heart, small intestines, tongue combo small 60nett

Overall the sauce is mild, slightly sweet and very sticky. Quite thin as well. Very enjoyable, but I won't say it's a must visit. It's more comfort food really.

Small intestines were good, the heart was decent and I don't even know if we got tongue at first, but I think that was avg. A little tough

Meat was alright

The pork hock(just knuckle, really) was marvelous. All tendon and no meat, and as tender as could possibly be

Fast service and overall a good meal

The meat and even the skin are so tender & soft that even if you're health conscious, you can't help but also eat the skin 😍

The innards are also great without any strong offal smell.

Don't miss out adding their homemade chilli sauce when eating. The combi is awesome!
